Carine Outdoor Fitness appreciate the importance of protecting your personal information and recognise the trust placed in us when you supply your personal information to us. Carine Outdoor Fitness will control the collection, security, quality, use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

This Privacy Policy explains in general terms how Carine Outdoor Fitness protects the privacy of your personal information under the National Privacy Principles. It will apply to any personal information you provide to us when registering to our services and / or enquiring about our services.

At Carine Outdoor Fitness we respect your right to privacy. We understand that as a visitor to our Website, you prefer to control your own personal information preferences. For this reason, we may ask you to register or provide personal information and preferences when you visit certain areas of our Website, request information, register for events, fill out an enquiry form or subscribe to our company newsletters. When you provide Carine Outdoor Fitness with your name, email address, mailing address, or telephone number, and you don’t “opt-out”, we may use this information to alert you to company news, new services and other company and product information. Carine Outdoor Fitness stores information in a controlled, secure environment. We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, however we only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

• How to Update your Personal Information or ‘Opt-out’: You can help Carine Outdoor Fitness maintain the accuracy of your personal information by notifying us when you change your name, address, title, phone number, e-mail address or your content preferences. Terms and Conditions

NOTICE OF CONSUMER RIGHTS

1. All members are subject to a 7 (seven) day cooling off period from the commencement date of this Agreement and you may cancel this Agreement without penalty or further obligation during the cooling off period. Notice of cancellation shall be in writing and emailed to Marissa at Carine Outdoor Fitness. Any joining and other fees paid shall be fully refunded minus the cost of any classes taken within the 7 days and minus the cost of any merchandise included in the program price.

2. Applications to suspend your membership must be in fortnightly periods, for a minimum of 1 (one) fortnight and a maximum of 6 (six) fortnights. The Payer's instalment payments must be current and up to date. A $10 per week fee will apply. Applications to suspend this Agreement must be submitted in writing to Carine Outdoor Fitness prior to the participants’ absence. Applications to suspend this Agreement will only be considered in the event of:

• serious illness; or

• serious injury; supported by a current doctor's certificate.

3. This agreement may be terminated by the Payer if all of the following conditions are met:

• The Payer providing 2 payments notice (in all programs). And a $50 cancellation fee for the 10 Week Bootcamp Challenge program support material downloads when cancelling from the Bootcamp Challenge Program. The Agreement shall be terminated at the expiry of the payments after Carine Outdoor Fitness being in receipt of the written notice.

• The Payer's instalments to date of notice being current (not in arrears). 

4. Carine Outdoor Fitness may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice and without cause.

5. Carine Outdoor Fitness fees have structured in a 2 (two) week closure at the end of each school term based on the Western Australia Department of Education School Schedule. Memberships will automatically resume at the start of each school term unless cancelled in writing by the member 2 weeks prior to the start date.

6. The member and Payer agree that Carine Outdoor Fitness may take photographs and may make video and audio material of the participants during classes and at the Carine Outdoor Fitness events, and that these materials may be used for display, promotion and/or advertising, or sold for profit, and the member and the Payer hereby waives any compensation to which they may otherwise be entitled for appearing in such materials.

7. Carine Outdoor Fitness understands the importance of, and are committed to complying

with, the Privacy Act (1988) and the National Privacy Principles. We only collect information that is necessary for us to effectively manage your membership payments and provide you with fitness sessions. In the event of non-payment we may contract out services that involve disclosing your information to other organisations (including legal advisors and collection agents).

8. This Notice of Consumer Rights are an integral part of the Member Enrolment / Membership Agreement.
