We move the sessions to the other side of the carpark under the eve of the Western side Carine Clubrooms (facing the tennis Courts) where it's dry . -What do I need to bring? Some Water, a mat/towel, sunscreen in summer if required. -What if I've never exercised before? Perfect! You have come to the right place.
