Group fitness classes vary from session to session to keep it fun and varied so you’ll never get bored.
They range from many of the different training styles below.
BoxFit:
Boxing for Fitness: High-intensity class with a boxing focus. Ideal for improving strength, endurance, cardio output and weight loss. Basic boxing moves combined with cardio and bodyweight exercises. Great for cardiovascular health, coordination and mental alertness. This class is sure to work up a sweat, burn fat, relieve stress and have you walking away feeling awesome!
Strength & Resistance:
Involves a wide range of exercises using weights and resistance developed to build a variety of skills with a focus in mind, mobility, stability, strength, endurance. This session is a full-body circuit designed to build strength, tone, fat burn, increase mobility and have you feeling fit and strong in no time.
Metafit™
Created by a former Royal Marine Commando Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT (High-intensity Interval Training) These sessions are short and sweet and over in 20-25minutes the techniques are designed to set the metabolism on fire! and burn fat for 24-48 hours after your workout.
Sub30 Core™
This is an effective workout that targets every aspect of the core; from the abdominals to the obliques, and the back region. Sub30 Core™ was designed by fitness professional Sean McCrory to help his clients strengthen their core as well as help those with back issues and poor posture.
