Where are you located?
We are at Carine Open Space on Beach Road directly opposite the Carine Shopping Centre and Dan Murphy's. If it is raining sessions will be held a few meters away under the patio of the Carine clubrooms on the western side.

Do I need to bring anything?
You will need a water bottle and a towel. Wear comfortable workout clothing and suitable workout footwear. You may need sunscreen and a hat on warmer days. If you have your own boxing gloves for the Boxfit Sessions you can bring them. If not we have some you can use (we provide clean washable inserts for hygiene reasons). We also have mats for you to use however we recommend you bring a towel to cover the mats or your own mat if you prefer.
I haven't trained in a really long time, I'm very nervous about starting,
will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely. The classes can be tailored to all fitness levels. We will give options for all exercises and activities. We have participants who cannot run or jump or are recovering from childbirth or injury so there will always be options available. You will not be singled out and we will come and have a chat and assist you discretely where needed as the class is in progress. As your fitness level increases, you will be given more challenging activities so you are always improving your strength, fitness, health and body composition.
Can I bring children to the classes?
Of course! Bring the kiddies with a picnic blanket and some snacks or even dinner to the later classes. They love to run around and have a play and it's a great example for them to see you looking after yourself outside getting some exercise.
